When you start this program there are videos to watch on Beachbody on Demand. They go into detail of the whys and hows of UPF. It will teach you how many containers your need for your body, and what to put into those containers. It is super simple to make sure you are eating enough of some calories, and seeing which food groups your perhaps overindulge in.
There are hundreds of recipes available on BoD to make sure you are following your containers. In Hakuna Masquata’s Nutrition Training Camp also share a weekly menu. This menu has breakfast, lunch, and dinner recipes that support UPF, as well as a grocery list for those meals! Every Wednesday I share one recipe from that menu in our Accountability Fit Team.
