2B Mindset is extremely easy to follow. There is no counting of calories, no measuring food, and no use of containers. There is no cutting out of any food groups! There is no food deprivation or feeling hungry. And it is easy to follow when at a restaurant, party of vacation!

There are four main principles to this program. They are super easy to follow. And as your coach I can work with you to learn how to get your best results with the practice of those principles!
